Andranik Teymourian has hinted that he would consider a move away from Fulham to secure regular football.
The Iranian returned to the Cottagers at the end of the last season after being on loan to championship side Barnsley, hoping to be more involved in Roy Hodgson’s plans, but now he does not expect to get much playing time if he stays at Craven Cottage.
“Unfortunately, I had a couple of injuries recently. I will resume training after ten days.“
“I spoke to Qtobi and I will most likely miss both Bahrain and Uzbekistan friendlies, likewise, I couldn’t accompany Fulham in the UEFA cup match in Russia,“ Ando told Iranian Football News Agency.
“I am not very pleased with my current situation. It seems that no matter how I train, it won’t make any difference.“
“Unfortunately, I haven’t been given any opportunities. In these circumstances, I might consider leaving Fulham“, he added.
“In this situation, I care more about playing football than financial matters. I have discussed it with Hodgson, but no convincing explanation has been given.“
“I had few offers, but none of them were considerable. I have now to wait and see what happens in the coming days. Of course, I will never lose my faith. I strongly believe in my abilities and hope for a turn over of the current situation“, Teymourian concluded.
